Shoot Producer

YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP is looking for a Shoot Producer who will be responsible for commissioning and producing the best fashion, beauty and still life photography and video in the business, for all content needs across the NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER businesses, including campaigns, editorial, social, video, and corporate shoots.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end production of stills and video shoots, from pre-production to post-production, working closely with the Head of Photoshoots, Senior Producer, and the Fashion and Art teams. Responsibilities include booking talent, securing locations, and managing logistics.

• Produce a high volume of shoots, with a minimum of one shoot per week.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with photographers, hair and make-up artists, set designers, model and talent agents, producers, and other creative partners to ensure access to top-tier talent.

• Leverage international production contacts to efficiently manage overseas shoots.

• Maintain a strong understanding of industry market rates and consistently negotiate competitive fees with photographers, agencies, and agents.

• Manage and track shoot budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and that all imagery has appropriate usage rights for cross-business applications.
