Global Brand Marketing Manager
Dr. Martens is looking to hire a Global Product Marketing Manager who will report to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager. This role will lead the planning and delivery of high-impact product stories to drive global awareness, engagement, and purchase. You’ll oversee cross-functional planning and ensure regional alignment to maximise the impact of seasonal campaigns. Sitting within the Global Product Campaigns and channel Marketing team, this role is key to executing Dr. Martens’ seasonal campaign strategy and bringing new product launches to life for a global audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning: Use insights and data to develop integrated marketing and communications plans that support brand and business objectives.
Brief Creation: Collaborate with Creative and Channel Leads to develop clear, strategic briefs and support campaigns from concept through execution.
Budget Management: Manage budgets, raise purchase orders, and work closely with production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead on specific brand concepts, aligning calendars and activation priorities across global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency and impact.
Agency Management: Oversee the execution of campaign briefings and coordinate with agencies to deliver against strategic goals.
Calendar Management: Maintain and execute the Brand Communications Activation Calendar in close collaboration with key markets and channel teams.
