Email Marketing Manager
FitFlop are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to own and execute their email marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for driving customer retention, increasing engagement, and maximising customer lifetime value through personalised, data-driven communication strategies across email, SMS, and other CRM channels.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Senior CRM Manager in shaping and delivering the email marketing strategy, focused on driving customer retention and loyalty in line with FitFlop’s overall business goals.
Plan, brief, and execute engaging newsletter campaigns that reflect the brand identity, follow creative guidelines, and drive traffic and engagement.
Lead customer segmentation and personalisation across email and SMS, using data and CRM tools to deliver relevant, tailored experiences.
Develop and optimise automated lifecycle campaigns to deliver timely, targeted messaging across key customer touchpoints.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics—including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and retention—to drive continual improvement.
Manage the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and effective use of customer insights.
